`How to order
Existing BOC customers can order (request a refill) quickly and easily online:
1. Click 'Re-order' in the top right hand corner of the screen and sign in or register if you are a new user
2. Select ‘My Frequently Ordered Products' and enter the quantities for each gas you want to order
3. Choose 'Add to cart and checkout'
A majority of cylinders are available online. To re-order products you can’t find online like dry ice, bulk or bespoke special gas mixtures, please get in touch with us.

Order history
To view your entire BOC order history, please follow these three simple steps:
1. Sign in or register if you are a new user
2. Select ‘Orders & Deliveries’ where you can find the list of all your BOC orders
3. Click on the red order number to see details of your order
To see the list of cylinders you currently have with us, please sign in or register if you are a new online and select ‘Cylinder Holdings’. Within this section, you can also find the serial numbers of your cylinders.
Amend or cancel an order
Did you order an incorrect gas or changed your mind? Contact our customer service team by Live Chat or call 0800 111 333 to cancel or amend your order. If orders are for next day delivery, you should contact us by 3pm. Please have your order reference number to hand when making any enquiries.
We will keep a record of your returns and cancellations online within ‘Orders & Deliveries’ and ‘Cylinder Holdings’ tabs. Please note that we will update your online account overnight.
Ordering restricted products
Some gas products are subject to restrictions due to potentially hazardous properties and require your delivery address to have appropriate verification checks. Restricted products are highlighted in the catalogue. During checkout, we will validate your address, and we will inform you of any restrictions that may apply.
Can’t place any orders
You may not be able to place orders because you don’t have the access rights to place orders online or you exceeded your credit limit. Please contact the customer service team on Live Chat or call 0800 111 333 to discuss this.
Certificate of analysis
To download a certificate of analysis, please follow these three simple steps:
1. Sign in or register if you are a new user
2. Select ‘Certificate of Analysis’
3. Use filters to find the document you need and download.
Online you will find only documents issued after 1 August 2019. To request documents issued before 1 August 2019, please get in touch. We don’t provide certificates of analysis before delivery.
Report lost or stolen cylinders
Please contact our customer service team 0800 111 333, via Live Chat or email us using our enquiry form.
Automated ordering
1. To set up automated ordering sign in or register if you are a new user
2. Choose ‘Automated Ordering’ and click the button ‘Create a new automated order’.
3. Set the schedule
4. Add products to your automated ordering and turn it on
You will receive one email before your order is placed, giving you time to change or turn off your automated ordering. Once your order is placed, we will send you a confirmation email with your exact delivery date.
You can track all deliveries within the Orders & Deliveries tab in your online account.
There is no additional charge for using automated ordering, and you can edit or turn it off at any time.
