`Track your delivery
It’s easy to track your delivery online, and the website offers the same information visible to our Customer Service Team
Three simple steps:
1. Sign in or register if you are a new user
2. Choose ‘Orders & Deliveries’
3. Scroll to the list of orders and click the red order number to see the delivery status
Gas deliveries
When you place an order, the status of your delivery will be ‘Awaiting Schedule’. Between 4pm – 9pm on a working day, we will change its status to ‘Scheduled’, and you will see a note with an estimated arrival time and delivery date.
Equipment orders
Equipment is collected and delivered by UPS. For equipment orders, sign in to your BOC online account to get a link to UPS tracking.
Balloon Occasions
We do not provide a delivery tracking link for this product. However, you can still sign in to see if we’ve dispatched your order to the courier.
Gas and equipment orders
Your gas will be delivered by BOC, while your equipment by UPS, so you might receive these deliveries at different time. However, you will still be able to track each delivery online.
Delivery times
Orders placed before 4pm on a working day will typically be delivered the next working day. Please note, for a small number of customers, this may not be possible. Some special gases will have longer delivery times. When ordering online, your delivery date is in the checkout and on your order confirmation email.
During checkout online, you have the ability to choose your preferred delivery date.
Equipment Deliveries
Equipment items (non gas) will be delivered by UPS in 3-5 working days, alternatively you can order online and collect in your local store.
Delivery charges
Sureserve (dispense gas) delivery charges
These are provided through our managed services Cyrospeed and Sureserve respectively.
All other cylinder gas delivery charges
Our standard cylinder delivery charge is €69.00 (excl VAT).
Equipment delivery charges
Delivery is €51.95 (excl VAT) on all equipment items, there is no charge to order online and collect in your local store.
Proof of delivery notes
When you need copies of proof of delivery notes, please follow these three simple steps:
1. Sign in or register if you are a new user
2. Choose ‘Orders & Deliveries’
3. Scroll to the list of orders and click the red link 'Show documents' under 'Related Documents'
Where we don’t deliver
We don’t currently delivery outside Ireland. Due to potentially hazardous properties, we can't deliver some gases to residential addresses. During checkout, we will validate your address, and we will inform you of any restrictions that may apply.
Emergency deliveries
To arrange an emergency delivery, please call customer services on 1800 355 255. There will be a greater chance of securing an emergency delivery if you place an order by 4pm. This service is not available for customers purchasing made-to-order products. Please note, an emergency delivery is not always possible due to geographical restrictions and you might incur additional charges for this service.
Rearrange delivery
Our team will rearrange your gas delivery for the next available delivery day we are in your area. If you have not received a call, then please call us on 1800 355 255. In the event of an unsuccessful equipment delivery, please call us on 1800 355 255.
Add an address to your online account
To add a new delivery address to your online account to place orders and see information for another location, please sign in here, select ‘Add an Account/Upgrade Access’ and follow the on screen instructions.
Click & Collect
Place a Click & Collect order in three simple steps:
1. Sign in or register if you are a new user
2. Browse our catalogue or add products from your online account
3. During checkout choose the Gas & Gear store you want to collect from and place an order
Please note, Click & Collect service is not currently available from our Agent network.
Collection information
The Gas & Gear store Manager will call or email you once your order is ready to collect. If you need it urgently, please call the Gas & Gear store to confirm when you can collect it.
If you would like someone else to collect the order on your behalf, they will need to bring the sales order number, account number and a copy of your confirmation email (phone copy or printed copy).
Click & Collect orders will be reserved for 3 working days from your available collection date. After 3 working days, Gas & Gear Manager will contact you. Requests for cancellation will be subject to the BOC Returns Policy. If you still fail to collect your order by the agreed date, we will cancel your order, and we reserve the right to charge an admin fee.
